    Imagine Heal Circles

Imagine Heal® Circles are small, live, online guided spaces for people who understand themselves deeply but still feel stuck in patterns that keep repeating.

You can join from the comfort of your own private space, with optional sharing only.

Imagine Heal Circles are small, live, guided spaces for people who understand themselves deeply but still feel stuck in patterns that keep repeating.

Each circle focuses on one specific theme, such as overthinking, boundaries, burnout, visibility, or self-trust.

The work combines nervous system regulation, guided reflection, therapeutic inner work, and simple integration practices through the Imagine Heal® Method.

This may be for you if:

You often feel tired but wired
Your mind does not switch off easily
You understand your patterns, but still repeat them
You struggle with boundaries or guilt when choosing yourself
You function well on the outside, but feel overloaded inside
You want support that goes deeper than advice, mindset, or willpower

    Possible future circle themes:

    Overthinking & nervous system overload
    Boundaries & people-pleasing
    Burnout recovery for high-functioning people
    Confidence & visibility
    Public speaking & self-trust

    How it works

The circles will be online, live, small, structured, and guided.

You can join from the comfort of your own private space.

    They may include:

    • Simple nervous system regulation
    • Guided reflection
    • Therapeutic inner work
    • Journaling prompts
    • Integration practices

You do not need to share your full personal story in the group.

The work is guided internally, with optional sharing only.

Want to know more about each possible circle?

At this stage, I’m gathering interest to understand which circle would be most useful to open first.

    Overthinking & Nervous System Overload

    For you if:

    • Your mind does not switch off easily
    • You feel tired but wired
    • You overthink, analyse, plan, or anticipate everything
    • Rest feels difficult, even when you are exhausted
    • You feel responsible for preventing things from going wrong

    We would explore:

    • Overthinking as a nervous system strategy
    • How the mind tries to create safety through control
    • The pressure of always needing to stay ahead
    • Simple ways to return to the body and present moment
    • More inner space, steadiness, and calm

    Boundaries & People-Pleasing

    For you if:

    • You find it hard to say no
    • You feel guilty when choosing yourself
    • You over-explain your needs
    • You take responsibility for other people’s emotions
    • You fear disappointing or upsetting people you care about

    We would explore:

    • People-pleasing as an old adaptation
    • The difference between care and self-abandonment
    • The roles you may have learned to carry
    • Your body’s yes and no
    • Boundaries with warmth, clarity, and less guilt

    Burnout Recovery for High-Functioning People

    For you if:

    • You keep going even when you are exhausted
    • You function well, but feel depleted inside
    • You feel guilty when resting
    • Slowing down feels unsafe or uncomfortable
    • You feel like everything depends on you

    We would explore:

    • Burnout as more than “too much work”
    • The patterns behind over-responsibility
    • The pressure to be strong, useful, or available
    • Rest without guilt
    • A more sustainable rhythm of energy and recovery

    Confidence & Visibility

    For you if:

    • You want to be more visible, but hold back
    • You overthink posting, speaking, or showing your work
    • You fear being judged, exposed, or criticised
    • You feel you need to be perfect before being seen
    • You wonder if it is safe to take up more space

    We would explore:

    • Visibility as a nervous system and emotional pattern
    • The part that hides or protects you
    • Old fears around being seen, standing out, or being “too much”
    • Taking up space without performing
    • Feeling safer being seen

    Public Speaking & Self-Trust

    For you if:

    • You freeze when people are watching
    • You lose your words under pressure
    • You over-prepare but still feel unsafe
    • You want to trust yourself more when speaking
    • You struggle to feel fully allowed to use your voice

    We would explore:

    • What happens in the body when you are witnessed
    • Fear of judgment
    • Voice, breath, and presence
    • The permission to speak without needing approval
    • Speaking from more inner authority

    Procrastination & Perfectionism

    For you if:

    • You keep postponing things that matter to you
    • You wait until something feels “ready” or perfect
    • You overthink before taking action
    • You feel capable, but still get stuck before moving
    • You feel pressure, guilt, or frustration around unfinished things

    We would explore:

    • Procrastination as protection, not laziness
    • The fear of doing it wrong, being judged, or not being enough
    • The link between perfectionism, pressure, and nervous system safety
    • Taking action without needing everything to feel perfect first
    • Building more trust, movement, and inner permission

    Expected investment

The first founding circle will be a paid live process.

The expected investment will be around €90 to €140 for the full 4-session circle, depending on the final format.

This is equivalent to approximately €22.50 to €35 per session.

Payment may be divided into 2 instalments: one at enrolment and one before the circle begins.

Joining this interest list does not commit you to anything.

It simply means you would like to be contacted first when a small founding circle opens.

    Expected timeline

The first founding Imagine Heal® Circle is expected to open around September or October 2026.

    Important note

These circles are not group therapy, crisis support, trauma processing groups, or a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological care.

They are guided therapeutic spaces for support, regulation, awareness, and integration.

I’m currently gathering interest while I complete the next Imagine Heal recording set.

If this speaks to you, leave your details and choose the theme that interests you most.

I’ll contact you when a small founding circle opens.

Nicole Farinha, transpersonal hypnotherapist and founder of Imagine Heal

I work with people who are functioning well on the outside, but feel stuck in stress, overthinking, self-doubt, emotional patterns, or inner blocks that insight alone hasn’t shifted.

My work combines therapeutic hypnosis, nervous system regulation, subconscious pattern work, and deeper emotional integration, so change can become more embodied and not depend only on willpower.
